AcelRx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is focused on the development of pain management treatments. The company’s NanoTab™ technology is a new oral delivery platform that delivers drugs with optimized pharmacokinetics. Their delivery systems (ARX-01, 02 & 03) allows patients to manage their post-operative pain in a patient-controlled manner with NanoTabs being delivered via handheld devices.

Our challenge was the concept that this company was about ‘pain’. We wanted to communicate the relief of pain without turning this into a Hallmark card. We chose to focus on rich and vibrant colors to reflect the serious yet ‘hopeful’ aspect of their product. Investors and customers get a quick snapshot of what the company is all about on the home page. Each interior page is organized and designed to give visitors exactly what they need on a given topic.
